30-Day Return Policy
If your order arrives and it’s not exactly what you want, you may return it for a refund within 30 days. We understand that sometimes people order a part and then discover it’s not exactly the one they need to replace in their vehicle or equipment. It really doesn’t matter what reason you have to return a product. As long as it’s in original packaging and free of damage, we’ll take it back and issue a refund to you for the merchandise price you paid or ship a replacement, whichever you prefer.
When a product is returned, we’ll inspect it to make sure it’s in “like-new” condition, free of damage and includes all parts like screws, fasteners and seals. The inspection process may take up to 5 business days.

Non-Qualified Items for Refunds
There are a few exceptions in which a product won’t qualify for a refund, but these are common-sense reasons, which include items showing signs of damage or use. We also don’t accept items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items not qualified for a refund will be handled by Complete Tractor in this manner:
- Photograph the product and packaging and provide an explanation of why the items do not qualify for a return.
- Provide documentation showing that the items were purchased more than 30 days prior to a refund request
- Products judged as ineligible for a refund will be returned to you.
If an exception is made to our “Non-Qualified Items” policy, an administration fee of 20% will be assessed.
